What follows are some images of student artwork to help demonstrate this concept that new tools impact student production. These images were taken during Urban's spring art show when the halls of the school bloom with prolific works of our talented students. Walking the halls, it struck me, in a school where everyone has a laptop, how little "technology" was evident in these final works, most of which were paintings, drawings and mixed media. I emailed several of the students asking to document at any point in the process of their art-making any use of computer technology. I was astounded by the responses.
